About the Author

Tariq Hussain grew up in Germany as the son of Pakistani-German parents and studied at the London School of Economics and Cambridge University. After coming to Korea in 1997, he worked at the Seoul office of Booz Allen Hamilton for more than seven years, and is currently the Korea Representative of Maxmakers, a Swiss advisory firm. Recognized for his insights on Korea’s economy, Mr. Hussain publishes regular columns in English and Korean.
