A man's search for his missing fiancee reveals the shocking truth about her identity in the suspense thriller Helpless. Lee Seon Gyun (Petty Romance) and Kim Min Hee (The Actresses) star in the blockbuster crime mystery, which is based on a novel by Miyabe Miyuki. Moon Ho (Lee Seon Gyun) and Sun Young (Kim Min Hee) are happily engaged, but a month before the wedding, Sun Young suddenly disappears. Desperate to find her, Moon Ho enlists the help of his cousin (Jo Sung Ha), a former police officer. Tracing back into her records, they're shocked to learn that the Sun Young listed isn't Moon Ho's fiancee, but a different woman. As they dig deeper, they uncover more and more lies about her identity. Who exactly is Sun Young and where has she gone?
